it's not easy hearing green
I think if I hear the word "green" one more time in reference to how I should live my environmental life, I'm going to fly up to Nashville and offset Al Gore's carbon myself.
I'm not talking about the politics or the science, so please don't write me angry letters. I'm talking about the fact that I liked green when it was the color of my cucumbers, not a trendy salvation substitute and the Most Overused Word on the Earth.

Can you hear the sizzle? Girl, you are on fire. I'm with you about the green thing. It's taken on a scary groupie vibe that makes me suspicious. Wonder who's making the most money off of everyone going green. Plus, I'm waiting for green backlash. You know someone is going to find something wrong, dangerous, deadly, about being green. Remember when we weren't supposed to eat eggs...now it's the incredible egg. I even read that it's not that important to drink 8 glasses of water a day. Just you wait...
I am over green and have been resisting the pressure from every angle to make my company a green contractor and have been told that if I don't we won't survive. Two things I'm sure of, God knew we would be here with our planet like this and He doesn't want me to change the way I do business to suit Al Gore or to say I'm leeds certified. Beth above is correct it's a trend. Kermit and Gumby now that's a cool green.
