Mike left for Rwanda today. It will be a much shorter trip than last time, but it always feels like a huge piece of me is gone when he's not here. On a quick dinner date last night before he left, we agreed that we're probably enmeshed. But we also agreed that we like it that way. :)

Pray for the guys (Mike, Bobby Hewitt and Chris Kocher) as they travel this week. As I write, they're in Chicago awaiting takeoff for Brussels, Belgium, and from there they'll fly straight to Kigali, Rwanda. Pray for safe travel and for that the purpose of their trip will be achieved with relative ease, which is to capture the images and stories of the people and places Grace Fellowship is serving in Rwanda so that you can see the cool stuff we're doing there.

You can also toss up a little prayer for me and the kids, too, as we're missing one great daddy.
