This is the phrase that Katy Claire's doctor used to describe her progress today, as in "she's on the launch pad to takeoff for home." Her feeding and energy have increased dramatically over the last 24 hours. Barring anything unexpected, she could come home tomorrow or Friday. Yikes! I have to stop blogging and go get some stuff done....
